the venue was good small and friendly, i greatly enjoyed the location just off a beautiful beach called punta di san vigilio, lake garda and torri del benaco, and lake views. the room was neat and spotless plus it had a private safe, central heating, and a work desk. the setting of hotel was particularly good and magnificent, in the garden. soup restaurant giraffe stop was located 15 minutes walk away.

Incredibly friendly hotel in an unbeatable and excellent location in the garden. the pool was nice. the staff was really helpful. My room included central heating, a work desk, and satellite TV.

Excellent location, close to beautiful beach and restaurants. Great customer service, especially Julia. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast selection. Easy access to public transportation.

The location is perfect who love to be near the water with easy access to beautiful beaches such as Punta di San Vigilio, giving them options to do water activities, sunbathing, or simply taking a walk by the lake. the hotel is conveniently placed, right in front of the lake, providing stunning views from the rooms. the breakfast was wholesome and there was a lot of food in the vicinity of the hotel.
The room amenities lacked basic facilities like more hooks and storage space in the bathroom to put towels and toiletries together.

The beach nearby is amazing and definitely a must-visit. the restaurants in the town are also fantastic and serve delicious food. Plus, the hotel is located conveniently near the main road, making it easy to get around and explore.
The pool was freezing and unusable. Plus, the bathroom lacked storage space for towels and toiletries, making it rather inconvenient.

We loved the hotel's location, right at the lake and very close to the beautiful beach Punta di San Vigilio. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good selection of fresh food. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated Julia's excellent customer service.
Everything was fantastic, and we had a great stay at this hotel.

The view from the room was stunning and made for some great photos. The breakfast was decent and had a good selection of food. The location was great, walking distance to some good restaurants and shops. The nearby beach was beautiful and worth the entry fee. The staff was helpful and welcoming.
The noise from the street was quite loud, especially at night. The room was small and cramped, making it difficult to move around.
